From any location in Windham County, head south on I-395 S. Take exit 81 for CT-2 W toward Norwich. Merge onto CT-2 W and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit for I-95 S towards New York City. Continue on I-95 S for approximately 15 miles. Take exit 74 for CT-156 toward Niantic. After exiting, turn left onto CT-156 E. Follow CT-156 E for about 3 miles, then turn right onto W Main St. Rocky Neck State Park will be on your right at 244 W Main St, Niantic, CT 06357. Be aware that there may be a parking fee for the park, which typically costs around $15.
