Getting There

Start your journey in Arorangi by heading towards the main road, Ara Tapu. Walk along this road in the direction of Avarua. After approximately 20 minutes, you should reach the area near the Aroa Beach. Continue walking along the beach until you see a rocky outcrop. Black Rock is located just a little further down the beach. You can identify it by the prominent black rocks along the shore. Make sure to enjoy the beautiful views along the way!

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bike in Arorangi. Head towards Ara Tapu road and cycle towards Avarua. After about 20 minutes, turn towards the beach at Aroa Beach. Cycle along the beach path until you reach the rocky area known as Black Rock. The ride should take approximately 30 minutes, depending on your speed. Be sure to take in the scenic coastal views as you make your way!
