    From the Arorangi Beach area, head east along the coastline. Follow the beach path until you reach the main road, Ara Tapu. Then, turn left onto Ara Tapu. Continue walking along Ara Tapu for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading towards the interior. At this point, you should see signs directing you to Sunset Quay which is located in Akaoa Tapere.

When you reach the main road, Ara Tapu, turn left. Sunset Quay is located further down Ara Tapu, so continue walking until you see additional signage indicating the direction to Sunset Quay.
