    From the center of Nikao, head west towards the main road (Ara Tapu). Once you reach Ara Tapu, turn left. Continue walking along Ara Tapu for about 2.5 km. You will pass local shops and residential areas. Tumutoa Tours is located on Te Ara Tapu Road in Inave village, directly accessible from Ara Tapu road. The walk should take around 30 to 40 minutes.

    Take the Clockwise or Anti-Clockwise bus from Avarua. Both buses service the Arorangi area where Tumutoa Tours is located. The bus trip from Avarua to Arorangi takes approximately 13 minutes. Buses depart from Cook's Corner in Avarua. The bus fare is approximately NZ$3-13. Be sure to signal the bus to stop anywhere along the main road.
