Walking
Start from the center of Avatiu. Head northwest towards the main road, Avatiu Road. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the main highway, Ara Tapu. Turn right onto Ara Tapu and walk for another 5 minutes. You will see the sign for Raro Reef Sub on your left, just before you reach the waterfront.
Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the Avatiu harbor area. Cycle southeast along the waterfront, taking in the views. After about 15 minutes, turn left onto Ara Tapu at the junction. Continue for about 5 minutes until you see Raro Reef Sub on your left side, right before the water.

Look for a local bus that routes through Avatiu. You can catch the bus from the bus stop near the Avatiu Market. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at Raro Reef Sub, which is a well-known spot. The journey should take around 15-20 minutes depending on the bus schedule.
