Getting There

Walking
From the center of Matavera, head northeast on the main road towards the coast. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection near the Matavera Church. Turn left at the intersection and follow the road as it curves slightly. After another 500 meters, you will see Ariki Adventures on your right at Are Tapu, Takitumu District. It's a well-marked building with signage.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main beach area of Matavera. Travel along the coastal road heading east. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will come to a fork. Take the left path that leads into Are Tapu. Continue for approximately 700 meters, and you will find Ariki Adventures on your right-hand side. The ride offers scenic views of the ocean.

Public Transport
While Matavera may have limited public transport options, check for local buses heading towards the Takitumu District. If available, board the bus and inform the driver you want to go to Are Tapu. Upon arrival, walk a short distance down the road towards the ocean, and you will find Ariki Adventures on your left. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance.
