From the central area of La Fortuna, drive towards the main road (Route 142) heading north. Continue on Route 142 for about 12 km until you reach the junction with Route 4. Turn left onto Route 4 and drive for another 5 km. Look for a sign indicating Proyecto Asis on your left. The sanctuary is located at 141, Provincia de Alajuela, San Carlos. Parking is available on-site.
