By Car
If you're traveling by car, from the center of Uvita, head south on the Costanera Sur highway (Route 34) towards Dominical. After approximately 5 km, take the exit towards Uvita town center. Continue on Calle Bejuco, following the signs for Catarata Uvita. The entrance to the waterfall is located about 2 km from the highway, and parking is available nearby. Be sure to check for any parking fees, which can vary.

Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a bus from San Isidro de El General to Uvita. Buses run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive in Uvita, you can either walk or take a taxi to Calle Bejuco, where the entrance to Catarata Uvita is located. The walk is about 2 km and can take around 30 minutes. If taking a taxi, it should cost approximately 3,000 to 4,000 CRC.

If you are already in Uvita and prefer to walk, head towards Calle Bejuco from the town center. Follow the road signs directing you to Catarata Uvita. The walk will take approximately 30 minutes and is around 2 km. Wear comfortable shoes, as the path may have some uneven areas.
