Driving
From Dominical or Uvita, head inland on Route 243 towards San Isidro de El General. The entrance to Don Lulo's Nauyaca Waterfalls is approximately 10 kilometers from Dominical. Look for signs for 'Cataratas Nauyaca'. If you choose the Nauyaca Waterfall Nature Park, continue for another 30 minutes; the last part of the drive is on an unpaved road. Parking is available at both locations for a small fee (approximately $4 USD).

Public Transport
Buses from Grupo Blanco run from Dominical and San Isidro and stop at Nauyaca Waterfalls. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the entrance of Don Lulo's. From there, you can hike, take a truck, or ride a horse to the falls. Bus fare from Dominical is approximately $2-3 USD. Taxis are available from Dominical and Uvita for around $20 USD, but negotiate the price before starting the ride.

From Don Lulo's entrance, you can hike to the waterfalls. The hike is approximately 4 kilometers (2.5 miles) each way and takes about 1-1.5 hours. The trail is easy to follow, mostly along a dirt road. Be prepared for a steep hill closer to the waterfalls. The entrance fee for hiking is $10 USD per person.
