If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Jaco. Head towards the coastal road (Route 34) towards Puntarenas. The ride is approximately 30 kilometers, so ensure you have water and take breaks as needed. Once in Puntarenas, you will need to find the boat dock for Isla Damas. Look for signs or ask locals for directions.

Walking to Isla Damas is not feasible due to the distance and water separation. However, if you are close to the Puntarenas bus terminal, you can walk to the nearby docks to catch a boat to Isla Damas. It's recommended to use other means of transport to reach Puntarenas first.
