From Liberia, head to the main bus terminal located near the Plaza Parque Central in downtown Liberia. Look for the bus company 'Transporte Santa Cruz' which operates buses to Santa Cruz. Purchase a ticket to Santa Cruz, which typically costs around 1,500 to 2,000 CRC. The bus ride takes approximately 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Santa Cruz, disembark at the main bus station.

After arriving in Santa Cruz, you can take a local taxi or a shared taxi (also known as a 'colectivo') to Diria National Park. The park's address is '5C79+67P, Guanacaste Province, Santa Cruz'. Make sure to negotiate the fare before getting in. The distance to the park is about 10-15 kilometers, and the ride will take around 20-30 minutes.
