Bus
From Liberia, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal de Buses. Look for a bus heading towards 'Cañas' or 'Bagaces'. Buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The fare is around 1,500 CRC. Inform the bus driver that you want to get off at Hacienda Santa María. The ride will take about 30-40 minutes.

Walking
After getting off the bus at Hacienda Santa María, you will need to walk towards the Oropendola waterfall. Head east on the main road (QJCW+HW7) for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a small junction. Look for a sign indicating the trail to Oropendola waterfall, and follow the marked path. The hike to the waterfall is approximately 1 kilometer and will take around 20-30 minutes through lush rainforest.
