Car
From Manuel Antonio National Park, head southeast on Route 618 towards Quepos. Continue on Route 618 until you reach the intersection with Route 34. Turn right onto Route 34 and drive for approximately 20 kilometers. Look for signs to Esterillos Beach, which will be on your right. The beach is located in the Puntarenas Province near Parrita. There is no entry fee to access the beach.

To reach Esterillos Beach via public transportation, take a bus from Manuel Antonio to Quepos. From the Quepos bus station, catch a bus heading towards Parrita. Inform the driver that you would like to get off at Esterillos Beach. The bus fare is typically around 1,000-2,000 Costa Rican Colones (approximately $2-$4 USD). The bus will drop you off near the beach entrance. Be sure to check the schedule for return trips, as service may vary.
