From Manuel Antonio, head to the main road (Route 34) and look for the bus stop near the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. Take a bus heading towards Esterillos or Jaco. The bus ride will take approximately 30-45 minutes. Be sure to ask the driver to notify you when you reach Esterillos Este.

Walking
Once you arrive in Esterillos Este, disembark at the bus stop. From there, walk towards the beach (approximately 10-15 minutes). As you walk, look for signs pointing to Unnamed Road, which is where Parapente Pura Vida is located. Follow Unnamed Road until you see the entrance to Parapente Pura Vida.
