If you are traveling by car, start from Nicoya Town. Head southwest on Route 21 towards the coast. Continue on Route 21 until you reach the junction with Route 160. Turn right onto Route 160. Follow this road for approximately 15 km, and then turn left onto the road leading to Playa Hermosa. Drive for about 5 km until you reach the area of Mirador Playa Hermosa Lookout, located at H9JP+95, Puntarenas Province. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the lookout.

To reach Mirador Playa Hermosa via public transportation, start by taking a bus from Nicoya Town to Playa Hermosa. Buses leave frequently from the main bus terminal in Nicoya. The trip takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Playa Hermosa, you may need to walk or take a local taxi to get to the lookout point, which is approximately 1.5 km from the bus stop. Taxis are usually available near the bus stop, and the fare should be around $5 to $10.
