Getting There

    If you are driving from the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, head south on Route 618. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will see a sign for Playa La Vaca. Turn left onto the dirt road just before reaching the beach. Follow this road for approximately 500 meters, and you will reach the parking area near the beach. Note that parking may incur a fee of around 2,000 CRC.

    From Manuel Antonio National Park, you can take a local bus towards Quepos. Board the bus at any stop along the main road (look for the sign that indicates the bus will stop). Inform the driver that you want to get off at Playa La Vaca. The ride takes around 10-15 minutes, and the fare is approximately 500 CRC. Once you arrive, walk about 300 meters towards the beach along the path.

    If you prefer to walk from the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, exit the park and walk south along Route 618. After about 1.5 kilometers, look for the dirt road leading to Playa La Vaca. Turn left and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the beach area.
