    From the Manuel Antonio National Park entrance, head northeast on Route 618. Follow the road for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach a fork. Keep left at the fork to stay on Route 618. After another 2 kilometers, turn right onto the road that leads to Playa La Macha. Continue for about 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area near the beach. Reto Mae is located at CRCM+9QG Playa La Macha, approximately a 5-minute walk from the parking area. Look for signs directing you to the hiking area.

    From the Manuel Antonio Park entrance, walk to the nearest bus stop located along Route 618. Take a local bus heading to Quepos and ask the driver to drop you off at Playa La Macha. The bus ride will take around 15 minutes and costs approximately 500-1,000 CRC (Costa Rican Colón). Once you get off at Playa La Macha, walk towards the beach, and Reto Mae is about a 5-minute walk from the beach area. Look for signs that point towards the hiking area.
