    If you are driving, start by exiting Manuel Antonio National Park through the main entrance. Once you are on the main road (Route 618), turn left and head towards Quepos. Continue along this road for about 3 kilometers (approximately 10 minutes). Look for the signs directing you to Espadilla Beach on your right. You can park at one of the public parking lots available near the beach entrance, but be aware that there may be a parking fee of around 2,000 to 3,000 CRC (Costa Rican colons).

    To reach Espadilla Beach using public transportation, you can catch a bus from the bus stop near the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. Look for buses heading to Quepos. The bus ride takes about 15 to 20 minutes and costs approximately 600 CRC per person.
