  • Public Transport

    From Quepos, take the public bus that runs to Manuel Antonio National Park. The bus departs from the Quepos bus station approximately every 30 minutes, from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM. The ride costs around 385 CRC. The bus will drop you off near the park entrance. Alternatively, direct buses from San José to Quepos are available via Tracopa bus company. From the Quepos bus station, transfer to the local bus to Manuel Antonio National Park. The bus ticket from San José to Quepos costs approximately 5510 CRC.

  • Taxi

    Taxis are readily available in Quepos and Manuel Antonio. A taxi ride from your hotel in Quepos to the park entrance typically costs $5 to $10, depending on the location. Ensure the taxi is properly licensed and agree on the fare before starting your journey.

  • Driving

    If driving from San José, take Route 27 towards Caldera, then Route 34 towards Quepos. Continue to Manuel Antonio, following signs for the park. Note that Manuel Antonio National Park does not have its own official parking lot. However, there are several parking lots near the park entrance. Parking costs approximately 3000-4000 CRC for the day. Be aware of unofficial parking attendants.
