From your accommodation in Manuel Antonio, start by heading towards the main road (Route 618). Depending on your exact location, you might need to walk a short distance to reach the main road. Once on Route 618, head towards the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, which is located approximately 1.5 kilometers from most hotels in the area. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the park entrance. The entrance is marked and has a small parking area but is primarily pedestrian-friendly.

Once you reach the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park, you will need to purchase your entrance ticket. The park is open from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, so plan your visit accordingly. After entering the park, follow the main trail that leads to the beaches. There will be signs indicating the directions to the various beaches. Walk along the well-maintained paths, and you will reach the first beach (Playa Espadilla) within a short time.

Continue walking past Playa Espadilla, and you will see signs that guide you towards 2nd Beach (Playa Manuel Antonio). The trail is surrounded by lush vegetation, and you may spot wildlife along the way. The walk from the first beach to the second beach typically takes about 10-15 minutes.
