Walking
Start from the main entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. Head south along the main road (Route 618). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 34. At the intersection, turn right and walk for approximately 700 meters. You will see a bus stop on your left. Cross the road carefully and continue walking straight ahead for another 300 meters until you reach a small road leading to your left. Take this road and walk about 200 meters, and you will find Iglesia de San Lorenzo on your right.

Public Bus
From the central area of Manuel Antonio, walk to the nearest bus stop on Route 618. Take a bus heading towards Quepos. After approximately 10 minutes, ask the driver to drop you off at the San Lorenzo stop. Once you get off, walk back for about 100 meters until you reach the intersection. Turn left and walk about 300 meters until you reach Iglesia de San Lorenzo on your right.

Taxi or Rideshare
If you prefer a quicker option, you can request a taxi or rideshare service from your location in Manuel Antonio. Provide the driver with the address: 'Iglesia de San Lorenzo, JXQC+F56, San José, San Lorenzo'. The ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Upon arrival, the church will be visible from the road.
