From Cartago, take a bus towards San Isidro de Pérez Zeledón. Get off at kilometer 64 of the Interamericana Sur. From there, it is a 2 kilometer walk along a gravel road to Truchas Selva Madre. The bus fare from Cartago to this point is approximately 1000-2000 CRC. Consider the walk to the location.
