To reach Los Santos - San José (226, San José Province, San Marcos, Guadalupe) by car, start from any central area in the Los Santos Region. Take Route 2 (Inter-American Highway) towards San José. Continue on Route 2 for approximately 30 kilometers. As you approach San José, follow signs for Route 32 towards San José. Merge onto Route 32 and continue for about 10 kilometers. Take the exit toward San Marcos/Guadalupe. Once on the exit, follow signs to Guadalupe and keep an eye out for local road signs. The destination will be on your right.
