    From the center of Manuel Antonio, head towards the main road (Route 618). Walk along the road in the direction of Quepos for about 10-15 minutes until you reach the entrance to Manuel Antonio National Park. The entrance is marked and there will be signs indicating Manuel Antonio Beach. Once you reach the park entrance, you can buy tickets and enter the park.

    You can take a local bus from the main bus stop in Manuel Antonio to Manuel Antonio National Park. Buses run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The bus ride takes about 10 minutes. Get off at the stop right outside the park entrance, where you will find signs directing you to Manuel Antonio Beach inside the park.

  • Bicycle Rental

    Rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Manuel Antonio. Once you have your bike, ride towards Route 618 and head towards Quepos. After about 10-15 minutes, you will arrive at the entrance of Manuel Antonio National Park. There are bike racks available where you can lock your bike before entering the park.
