From the center of Manuel Antonio, head towards the beach entrance near the Manuel Antonio National Park. Once you reach the park entrance, continue straight on the main path until you reach the beach area. Playa Las Gemelas is located to the south of the main beach. You can follow the shoreline southward for about 15-20 minutes, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Look for signposts or locals who can direct you to Playa Las Gemelas.

Catch the local bus from the main Manuel Antonio bus stop. The bus typically runs every 30 minutes. Inform the driver you want to go to Playa Las Gemelas. The bus will take you along the coastal road. Get off at the nearest stop to the beach, which is approximately a 10-minute ride. Once you get off, walk down the small path towards the beach, and you will find Playa Las Gemelas to your left.
