    If you are near the main square of Barrio Otoya, start by heading east on Calle 13 towards Avenida 4. Continue straight for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection. Turn left onto Avenida 4 and walk for another 10 minutes. As you walk, keep an eye out for local shops and cafes. When you reach the intersection with Calle 5, turn right and walk for about 2 minutes. The Monumento a Carlos Gardel will be on your left, located at the address WWPG+RJW, San José, Amón, 10101.
