If you're driving from Dominical, head northeast on Route 34. Continue for about 15 km until you reach the intersection with Route 243. Turn left onto Route 243 and follow it for about 6 km. Once you see the sign for San José, Platanillo, take the right turn onto the road toward Platanillo. Continue for 3 km, and you'll find Parque Reptilandia on your left, just past the Catholic Church.

To reach Parque Reptilandia using public transport, take a bus from Dominical to San Isidro de El General (check for the latest schedules). From San Isidro, transfer to a bus heading to Platanillo.
