If arriving by car from Zadar or Split, take the A1 highway to the Biograd na Moru exit (Exit 21). Follow signs for Biograd na Moru, then continue on the D58 road towards Vrana. Parking is available near the lake. Note that during peak season, parking may be limited.

To reach Lake Vrana by public transport, take a bus from Zadar or Split to Biograd na Moru. From the Biograd bus station, take a local bus or taxi to Vrana. The local bus schedule may be infrequent, so check in advance. A taxi from Biograd to Vrana costs approximately 100-150 HRK. Alternatively, take a direct bus from Zadar to Pakoštane, which is close to the lake. From Pakoštane, you can take a local bus, taxi, or walk to the lake.
