If you're driving from Dubrovnik, head north on the D8 highway towards the border with Montenegro. After approximately 1.5 hours, you will reach the border crossing at Debeli Brijeg. Ensure you have your passport ready. Once through the border, continue on the E65 road for about 20 minutes until you reach Tivat. Follow the signs for 'Gospa od Milosti' (Our Lady of Mercy). You will need to take a short boat ride from Tivat to the island where the church is located.

From Dubrovnik, take a bus to Tivat. Buses run regularly from the Dubrovnik Bus Station and take about 2 hours. Once you arrive in Tivat, head to the waterfront where you will find boats that can take you to the island of Gospa od Milosti. Check the boat schedule in advance to ensure you catch one to the island. The church is located on the island, and once you arrive, you can easily find it as it is a well-known landmark.
