From the Stari Grad Ferry Port, walk along Obala Dr. Franje Tuđmana towards the town center. Continue onto Ul. Svetog Roka, then turn right onto Ul. Vicka Andrića. The square will be on your left. The walk is approximately 10-15 minutes. No costs are associated with walking.
