If you're traveling by car, Kobilarna Lipica is located at 18, Lipica 19, 6210 Sežana, Slovenia. From the Istrian Peninsula, head towards the border with Slovenia. Follow signs for Lipica, which is approximately a 15-minute drive from Sežana. Upon arrival, there is parking available on-site.
