If you are driving from Pula, take the E751 highway towards Slovenia. Continue on E751 for approximately 30 km until you reach the exit for Lipica. Follow the signs for Lipica and Muzej Lipicanca. The address is Lipica 5, 6210 Lipica, Slovenia. There is a parking lot available on-site. Please note that there may be a small fee for parking, approximately €2 per hour.
