    If you are starting from the Makarska Riva (the waterfront promenade), head east towards the main street, Obala kralja Tomislava. Continue along this street until you reach the intersection with Ulica Kralja Petra Krešimira IV. Turn left onto this street. Follow Ulica Kralja Petra Krešimira IV until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Ulica Ante Starčevića. Continue straight, and you will see signs for the Botanical Garden. It is located on the outskirts of the town, so be prepared for a bit of a walk, approximately 30 minutes from the Riva.

    From the main bus station in Makarska, take bus number 1 or 2 in the direction of Veliko Brdo. The bus will take you closer to the Botanical Garden. Get off at the stop named 'Botanička Bašta' (Botanical Garden). From the bus stop, it is a short walk to the entrance of the garden.
