Bus
From the center of Makarska, walk to the main bus station located on Obala kralja Tomislava. Take a bus heading towards Cista Velika. Make sure to check the bus schedule for specific departure times. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Cista Velika bus stop, exit the bus and head northeast on D60 road. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers, and you will arrive at the Crljivica archaeological site on your left.

Walking
If you prefer to walk, start from the center of Makarska and head east towards the beach promenade. Walk along the promenade until you reach the main road, D8. Cross the road and continue straight onto D60 road. Follow D60 for approximately 5 km, which will take around 1.5 to 2 hours. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the direction to Cista Velika. The archaeological site will be on your left as you approach the outskirts of the town.

Bicycle
You can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the center of Makarska. From there, cycle towards the D8 road and then take the turn onto D60 road. The ride will be around 5 kilometers and take approximately 20-30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views along the way. Once you reach Cista Velika, the Crljivica archaeological site will be on your left.
