If you are in the center of Makarska, head towards the waterfront promenade known as Šetalište Dr. Franje Tuđmana. Start at the Makarska Central Square (Trg Ante Starčevića) and walk towards the sea. Once you reach the promenade, turn left and continue walking along the waterfront for about 10-15 minutes until you reach Makarska Beach, which is situated along this scenic path.

From the Makarska Bus Station, you can take a local bus toward the city center, which takes approximately 5 minutes. Once you get off at the main bus stop (Autobusni Kolodvor), proceed to walk towards the waterfront promenade (Šetalište Dr. Franje Tuđmana) by heading towards the sea. From there, turn left and walk along the promenade for about 10-15 minutes to reach Makarska Beach.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in the city. Start from the rental shop and head towards the waterfront promenade (Šetalište Dr. Franje Tuđmana). Cycle along the promenade, enjoying the beautiful views of the sea, and continue for about 10-15 minutes until you arrive at Makarska Beach.
