If you are starting from the Opatija waterfront promenade (Lungomare), head southeast along the promenade towards the Hotel Kvarner. Continue walking past the hotel and keep heading along the coast until you reach the intersection with Črnikovica Street. At this intersection, turn left onto Črnikovica ul. After walking for about 200 meters, you will find the Plaque of Gyula Andrássy on your right at Črnikovica ul. 6.
