Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Diocletian's Palace, exit the palace through the Golden Gate (Zlatna vrata). Once outside, head straight towards the Riva promenade, which is right in front of you. Walk along the waterfront towards the east (to your left) for about 10 minutes until you reach the end of the promenade. The Mercado de las Frutas is located just off the Riva. As you approach the end of the Riva, look for a large square and a road heading inland to your right. Take this road, which is known as Ulica Stari Pazar. Continue walking straight for a few minutes, and you will see Mercado de las Frutas on your left at Ul. Stari pazar 8-9.

  • Public Transport (Bus)

    From the main bus station in Split, walk towards the bus stop located outside the station. Catch bus number 1, 3, or 5 towards the city center. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Trg Franje Tuđmana' stop. Once you exit the bus, head east on Ulica Stari Pazar, which is just a short walk ahead. Mercado de las Frutas will be on your right at Ul. Stari pazar 8-9.

    If you're at the ferry terminal, exit the terminal and head towards the main road, which is Ulica Obala Lazareta. Walk straight along the waterfront for about 15 minutes until you reach the Riva promenade. Once you arrive at the promenade, turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. Look for Ulica Stari Pazar on your left side. Turn onto Ulica Stari Pazar and Mercado de las Frutas will be located at Ul. Stari pazar 8-9.
