From Governor's Beach, head east on the coastal road (B3) towards Limassol. After approximately 10 km, take the exit towards Skarinou (E15). Continue on the E15 for about 5 km, and then take the exit toward V83R+VQ. Follow the signs for Skarinou and you'll find the View of Dipotamos dam on your left side. There is parking available near the viewpoint, but it's advisable to arrive early to secure a spot.
