If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Machairas Forest and head towards the Machairas Monastery. From the Monastery, take the road leading out of the forest towards Vavla. Continue on this road for approximately 10 km. You will see signs for the Holy Monastery of Agios Minas. Turn onto the road marked with the sign and follow it for about 1 km until you reach the monastery. There is a parking area available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach the Holy Monastery of Agios Minas using public transportation, you will first need to take a bus to the nearest village, Vavla. Check the local bus schedule for the latest routes from larger towns such as Larnaca or Nicosia to Vavla. Once you arrive in Vavla, you can either walk (approximately 3 km) towards the monastery by following the signs or arrange for a taxi to take you there. Taxis can be found near the bus stop, and the fare should be around €10-15.

If you are already within Machairas Forest and prefer to walk, head towards the main road that leads out of the forest. From there, follow the signs for Vavla. The hike is approximately 5 km and will take you through beautiful landscapes. Be sure to wear appropriate footwear and carry water, as the trail can be steep in some areas.
