Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are in the center of Larnaca, start by heading to the Larnaca Finikoudes Beach area. From the beach promenade, walk towards the main road (Dhekelia Road) and look for the bus stop. Take the bus number 425 towards Nicosia. The bus will take you through beautiful scenery and local areas. You will disembark at the Nicosia bus terminal. From the terminal, walk towards the city center of Nicosia, following the signs for 'Ledra Street'. Continue walking straight until you reach the border of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. After crossing the border on foot, proceed along the street until you reach the Kyrenia Gate located at 59J6+PP, Lefkoşa 99010.

Once you reach the Nicosia bus station, exit the bus and head towards the main square (Eleftheria Square). From there, make your way to Ledra Street, which is a pedestrian street. Walk straight along Ledra Street until you reach the crossing point to enter the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. After crossing, continue straight until you arrive at the Kyrenia Gate.
