To reach Mathiatis Cave via public transport from Nicosia, take a bus from Dionysios Solomos Square to Alampra Bus Station. Then, transfer to the route 54 bus to Mathiatis. From the Mathiatis bus stop, it's a short walk to the cave, following local signs. The total journey takes approximately 1 hour and 5 minutes and costs between €3 and €7. If driving from Nicosia, head southeast on the A1 highway. After approximately 12 km, take the exit towards Mathiatis. Continue straight for about 2 km until you reach Mathiatis village. Follow the signs for the cave; a small parking area is available near the entrance. Driving time is approximately 41 minutes. Parking is free.
