Walking
If you are starting from the city center (Eleftheria Square), head north towards the Ledra Street pedestrian area. Continue walking straight, passing by various shops and cafes. As you reach the end of Ledra Street, you will see the checkpoint to cross into the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Do not cross; instead, turn left onto Dighenis Akritas Avenue. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the junction with Vasileos Pavlou Street. Turn right onto Vasileos Pavlou Street and walk for about 300 meters. The Nicosia Old Aqueduct (Παλιό υδραγωγείο Λευκωσίας) will be on your left, marked by a distinctive arch structure.

Public Transport
From the city center, you can take bus number 118 from the bus stop near Eleftheria Square. Board the bus and stay on for approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Agios Dometios' stop. From there, walk southeast on Agios Dometios Avenue for about 500 meters, then turn right onto Vasileos Pavlou Street. The Nicosia Old Aqueduct will be on your left after another 300 meters.
