Driving
From Limassol, take the B8 route towards Troodos Mountains. After passing through Trimiklini village, turn left towards Pera Pedi. Follow the signs to Koilani. Once in Koilani, Ayia Mavri Winery is located on Archimandriti Kyprianou E803 8. Parking is available near the winery. Note that roads in Koilani can be narrow and winding.

From Limassol, take the EMEL bus to Pelendri. From Pelendri, transfer to another bus to Koilani. Ayia Mavri Winery is a short walk from the Koilani bus stop, located on Archimandriti Kyprianou E803 8. Bus fare from Limassol to Pelendri is approximately €2. The local bus from Pelendri to Koilani is infrequent, so check the schedule in advance.

From the center of Koilani village, Ayia Mavri Winery is easily accessible on foot. Head east on Archimandriti Kyprianou E803. The winery is located a short distance from the village center, approximately 500 meters. The walk is relatively flat and offers scenic views of the surrounding vineyards.
