Get off at the 'Vyšehrad' stop, which is a short walk from the monastery. Head southwest on Vyšehradská street for about 10 minutes until you reach Emmaus Monastery. You will need to purchase a ticket for the tram, which costs around 32 CZK (Czech Koruna) for a 30-minute ride.
