From Brno city center, head to the main bus station (Hlavní nádraží). You can take tram line 1 or 2 to get there. Once at the bus station, purchase a ticket to Mikulov. Buses to Mikulov run frequently, approximately every 30 minutes. The journey will take around 45 minutes. Upon arrival at Mikulov bus station, exit the bus and you will find yourself in the town center, close to the main attractions.

Trains run several times a day and the journey will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Once you arrive at Mikulov train station, exit and you will find yourself just a short walk from the town center, where you can explore the local attractions.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike in Brno. Head towards the bike path that leads out of the city. Follow the marked bike routes towards Mikulov, which is approximately 50 kilometers away.
