Walking
If you are already in Brno-Stred, walking is a great option to reach the Fortification Wall Circuit. Start by heading towards the center, aiming for the Petrov area. From the main square, Náměstí Svobody, walk southeast along Masarykova Street until you reach the intersection with Petrov. Turn left onto Petrov Street, and continue straight until you reach the Fortification Wall Circuit at Petrov 621/3. The walk should take about 15-20 minutes, depending on your starting point.
Public Transport (Tram)
For a quicker option, you can take a tram. From any location in Brno-Stred, find the nearest tram stop. Tram lines 1, 2, or 3 will take you towards the city center. Get off at the 'Malinovského náměstí' stop. From there, walk towards the direction of the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul on Petrov Hill. It is a short 10-minute walk from the tram stop. Follow the signs towards Petrov, and you will arrive at Fortification Wall Circuit.
Public Transport (Bus)
Alternatively, if you are closer to a bus stop, you can take a bus that heads towards the center of Brno. Buses 67 or 84 can be used. Get off at the 'Hlavní nádraží' (Main Train Station) stop. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Fortification Wall Circuit. Head towards the Cathedral of St. Peter and Paul, following the same route as described for the tram. This is a convenient option with regular bus service.
