If you are in the city center of Brno, start at the Náměstí Svobody (Freedom Square). From the square, head southeast towards the street called Masarykova. Walk straight on Masarykova until you reach the intersection with Kounicova street. Turn left onto Kounicova, and continue walking until you reach the Kapucínské náměstí (Capuchin Square). The Capuchin Crypt is located at number 5 on Kapucínské náměstí.

From the Brno Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), take tram number 1 or 2 heading towards the city center. Get off at the stop 'Náměstí Svobody'. From Náměstí Svobody, walk southeast towards Masarykova street. Follow the directions as mentioned previously to reach the Capuchin Crypt on Kapucínské náměstí.
