If you are starting from the Brno Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), exit the station and head west on the street named Benešova. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the street Masarykova. Turn left onto Masarykova street and continue until you reach the central square known as Náměstí Svobody. From there, head towards the Church of St. James (Kostel sv. Jakuba), which is easily recognizable by its tall tower. Kostnice u sv. Jakuba is located right next to this church at Jakubské náměstí 658 78. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 km, and it should take you around 20 minutes.
