Getting There

  • Public Transport - Tram and Bus

    From the center of Brno, head to the Hlavní nádraží (Main Train Station). Take Tram Line 1 (direction to Hády) or Tram Line 2 (direction to Modřice) and ride for about 5 stops to the Česká (Czech) stop. Here, transfer to Bus Line 202. Board the bus in the direction of 'Adamov, žel. st.' and ride for approximately 20 minutes. Get off at the 'Moravský kras' stop. After disembarking, follow the signs leading to the Moravian Karst entrance, which is a short walk away.

  • Public Transport - Direct Bus

    From Brno, go to the Zelný trh bus station, which is centrally located. Take Bus 221 towards 'Sloup, rozcestí'. This bus will take you directly to the 'Moravský kras' area. The journey takes about 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Moravský kras' stop, follow the signs for the walking paths that lead into the nature reserve.

  • Walking from Nearby Towns

    If you are staying in the nearby town of Blansko, you can walk to Moravian Karst. Start at Blansko railway station and follow the signs towards the nature reserve. The distance is about 6 kilometers and will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours on foot. Make sure to follow the marked trails for a scenic route through the area.
