Public Transport - Tram

If you are near the Brno Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), walk to the tram stop located just outside the station. Take Tram 1 or Tram 3 towards 'Bystrc, Rakovecká'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Hlavní nádraží' and transfer to Tram 5. Board Tram 5 towards 'Mendlovo náměstí'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Nové sady'. MyTourBrno is just a short walk from the tram stop. Head east on Nové sady street, and you will see the destination at Nové sady 2 on your right.
Public Transport - Bus

From the city center, walk to the 'Malinovského náměstí' bus stop. Take Bus 67 towards 'Mendlovo náměstí'. After 2 stops, get off at 'Nové sady'. Once you exit the bus, head east on Nové sady street for about 200 meters; MyTourBrno will be on your right at Nové sady 2.
Walking

If you are already in the vicinity of the city center, you can walk to MyTourBrno. Start from 'Naměstí Svobody', the central square. Head southwest towards 'Cabbage Market (Zelný trh)', then continue straight onto 'Masarykova street'. After a few minutes, turn left onto 'Nové sady street'. MyTourBrno will be located at Nové sady 2, just a short walk ahead on your left.
